Refund Policy

In case of cancellation of an order placed with Apical Immigration Experts Pvt Ltd the full amount is forfeited and no money is refunded back.

The client understands that any eligible refund, as per Apical Immigration Experts Pvt. Ltd.'s refund policy, will be processed within 60 working days from the date of submission of the Refund Claim Form, along with the payment receipt and all required supporting documents. Incomplete submissions will render the client ineligible for a refund.

Penalty & Refund in case of non-submission of Documents

To ensure timely and successful processing, clients are expected to submit all required documents within 90 working days from the date of agreement. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of 20% of Apical Immigration Experts Pvt. Ltd. service fees. If documents are not submitted within 120 days, the case will be treated as voluntarily abandoned, and Apical Immigration Experts Pvt. Ltd. will cease further processing. No refund will be issued in such cases. If the client wishes to hold the process for more than 3 months, they must email their case officer and pay an additional ₹15,000 to keep the case on hold. The client acknowledges that visa decisions are solely at the discretion of the Immigration Authority / Consulate / High Commission, and Apical Immigration Experts Pvt. Ltd. only offers consultancy services with no guarantee of visa approval.

Refund in Case of Visa Rejection

If a visa is rejected by the Immigration Authority / Consulate / High Commission, Apical Immigration Experts Pvt. Ltd. will refund the applicable amount as per its refund policy. To claim the refund, the client must submit a Refund Claim Form along with:

➤ Full Payment of Fees: Refund eligibility is limited to clients who have paid the consultancy fee in full.
➤ Rejection After Invitation to Apply (ITA): Clients whose applications are rejected by immigration authorities after receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for a Permanent Residency (PR) visa are eligible for refunds as per the policy.
➤ Refund Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days from the date of application for a refund. Refunds will be processed and credited within 90 days of the request.
➤ Required Documents for Refund:
- Payment receipt
- Relevant supporting documents
- Formal refund request

Apical Immigration Experts will provide no refund for any of the following reasons:

➤ Failure in Language Proficiency Tests: Clients who fail to achieve the required score in a language proficiency test (e.g., IELTS, PTE) are not eligible for refunds.
➤ Non-Submission or Incorrect Submission of Documents: Clients who fail to submit the required documents or provide incorrect/incomplete documentation are not eligible for refunds.
➤ Failure to Submit Applications: Clients who fail to submit their applications after receiving an ITA are not eligible for refunds.
➤ Voluntary Case Withdrawal: Refunds will not be granted to clients who voluntarily withdraw their cases for personal reasons.
➤ Insufficient Police Clearance Certificate (PCC): Applications rejected due to an insufficient or unacceptable PCC will not be eligible for refunds.
➤ Failure in Medical Examinations: Refunds are not applicable if the application is rejected due to failure in medical examinations.
➤ Insufficient Funds: Clients whose applications are rejected due to insufficient funds for settlement (by themselves or their family members) are not eligible for refunds.
➤ Changes in Government Policies: Applications rejected due to changes in immigration or visa-related government policies are not eligible for refunds.

Additional Non-Refundable Instances

➤ Employment Verification Failure: Refunds are not granted for negative outcomes during employment verification by Skill Assessment Authorities or visa offices.
➤ Discrepancies in Roles and Responsibilities Letters: Any inaccuracies in letters detailing roles and responsibilities will void refund eligibility.
➤ Skill Assessment Interviews: Clients must successfully complete interviews conducted by Skill Assessment Authorities. Failure to complete or receive satisfactory results disqualifies refund claims.
➤ Submission of Fraudulent Documents: Any fraudulent or misleading documentation submitted by the client nullifies refund eligibility.
➤ Violation of Immigration or Visa Laws: Clients with prior violations of immigration or visa laws are not eligible for refunds.
➤ Delayed Submission of Documents: Refunds are not applicable in cases where the client fails to submit additional documents requested by Immigration Authorities, Consulates, or High Commissions within stipulated timelines.
