On March 1, we'll be implementing a number of enhancements to the Live in Melbourne site. Both applicants and agents will profit from these developments.
To enable these changes:
• On Monday, February 28th, at 5 p.m., all forms will be switched off.
• Any drafts forms not completed by 5 p.m. on Monday, February 28 will be removed.
On Tuesday, March 1st, at 10 a.m., all forms will be turned back on. You will be allowed to start a new form if you had a draft that was erased.
To make room for these modifications, we'll delete any drafts applications that aren't submitted by 5 p.m. on February 28.
Digital Appointment of Agent form
The Application of Agent form has been totally digital, which eliminates the need to print, sign, scan, and upload a paper form. Beginning March 1, all applicants and agents must digitally sign a new Appointment of Agent form before submitting any applications.
For further information on this change, including instructional films, visit Appointment of Agent - digital form.
Digital Nomination Conditions Declaration forms
From March 1, all Nomination Conditions Declaration forms for our most often used subclasses will be totally digital. When a digital version is available, we will no longer accept scanned forms. The digital signature method for Nomination Conditions Declaration forms is quite similar to the digital signing process for Appointment of Agent forms.
Please read Nomination Conditions Declaration - digital forms for more information, including an instructive video.
To make room for these modifications, we'll delete any drafts applications that aren't submitted by 5 p.m. on February 28.
