In the most recent Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) - Express Entry stream draw, which was held on July 29, 2022, 120 NOIs (Notifications of Interest) were issued by Alberta, Canada to apply for provincial nomination.
Since April of this year, Alberta has started holding AAIP draws on a monthly basis. In the past, it opened three to four draws each month.
Alberta invited 120 applicants in this most recent AAIP-Express Entry stream draw with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score requirement of 473 points.
In comparison to earlier AAIP draws, the CRS score required is rather high. Alberta typically invites applicants with CRS scores of 300 or higher. This high CRS score may be the result of the federal Express Entry System draws having high CUT OFF points.
After the AAIP draw on July 29, Alberta has now sent 2,320 NOIs (Notifications of Interest) to apply for a provincial nomination in the nine draws of the AAIP that have been held so far this year.

In the previous draw, which took place on June 16, 2022, 150 candidates received notification of letters.
