The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC-PNP) held five (5) draws on September 13, 2022. For targeted tech, healthcare, and education-related occupations, draws were held under the Skills Immigration (SI) and Express Entry BC (EEBC) programmes.

The province of British Columbia invited 298 skilled workers to apply for permanent residence. The following are the draw's specifics, including the number of invitations and the minimum required score in each category:

Skills Immigration invitations

Invitations to apply specifically for one or more of the Skills Immigration categories may be based on any or all of the following criteria:

• Education – level, and field of education and where it was completed

• Language skills

• Occupation

• Duration and skill level of work experience

• Wage and/or skill level of job offer

• Intent to live, work and settle in a specific region

• Strategic priorities – factors that address specific labor market needs in B.C. or support government pilot projects and initiatives
