Alberta Send 121 Invitations in the Latest PNP Draw

  For the 2019 calendar year, the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) may issue up to 6,000 nominations. To date, 3,868 certificates of nomination have been awarded in 2019.   Approximately 1,640 applications are awaiting eligibility evaluation. To assist you to determine the status of your application, information on application quantities and processing is accessible.   In its most recent draw, Alberta released 121 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to Express Entry stream applicants with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of up to 400. 29 August 2019: more than 925 requests will be processed and AINP employees will evaluate apps received before 9 May 2019.   A previous draw on August 7 released 35 invites as low as 352 to applicants with Express Entry CRS results.   The first step is to build an Express Entry profile in order to be considered for a nomination through the Alberta Express Entry Stream as well as many other Express Entry-aligned Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs).   The AINP has a high volume of applications and Alberta Expression Entry submissions in the following occupations. These submissions may take longer to process.   
  • 6311 – Foodservice supervisors 
  • 6322 – Cooks 
  • 6211 – Retail sales supervisors 
  • 0621 – Retail and wholesale trade managers 
  • 1241 – Administrative assistants 
  • 0631 – Restaurant and food service managers 
  • 1221 – Administrative officers 
  • 1311 – Accounting technicians and bookkeepers 
  • 4212 – Social and community service workers 
  • 4214 – Early childhood educators and assistants
