Nova Scotia invited (French & English) Express Entry candidates in latest Draw

  The Nova Scotia PNP Demand: Express Entry Stream selects extremely qualified people who want to live permanently in Nova Scotia. Applicants must have a good opportunity to rapidly find a job in the labor market in Nova Scotia.   Depending on the present labor market requirements, the Nova Scotia Immigration Office reserves the right to consider only certain kinds of occupations for nomination.   In three months, Nova Scotia kept its Labor Market Priorities Draw inviting a total of 204 Express entry applicants to apply for a provincial Canada PR Visa nomination with the draw on September 4.   Known as Nova Scotia Demand Category B: Express Entry Stream, it is one of four immigration routes that allow the province of Atlantic Canada to nominate applicants for Canadian permanent residence in the federal government's Express Entry scheme.   The Express Entry program manages the pool of applicants for the three highly qualified federal financial immigration programs in Canada     Early childhood education employees, economic auditors, accountants, and French-speaking Express Entry applicants have been invited to the stream since its launch in 2018.   This recent draw targets Express Entry applicants who have chosen French as their first official language and in all language skills have a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) rating of 8 or greater in French   In all four language skills, selected applicants also had to have a CLB rating of at least 6 or greater in English and either a bachelor's degree or a completed three-year or more program at a university, college, business or technical school.   Category B is popular with applicants for Express Entry because in order to apply it does not require a job offer or Canadian work experience. Also, a minimum Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) score is not required, which is used to determine the rank of a candidate in the Express Entry pool.   To apply under Category B, you must:
  • Be in one of the target occupations as identified in the Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry guide;
  • Have a profile registered in Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s Express Entry system;
  • Score 67 points or more on the stream’s six selection factors;
  • Have at least 1 year of skilled work experience in one of our target occupations;
  • Have a Canadian high school credential or equivalent;
  • Prove language ability in English or French at Canadian Language Benchmark 7;
  • Show enough financial resources to successfully settle in Nova Scotia.
  Express Entry applicants with a provincial nomination earn a further 600 points for their CRS rating, efficiently guaranteeing an invitation to apply for permanent residence in Canada.   Candidates who got an invitation letter in today's draw now have 30 calendar days to submit a full request to the NSNP.   Unlike Category B, Category A continues open year-round to apps from Express Entry applicants with a Nova Scotia employer's eligible full-time job offer from any of the employers of Nova Scotia. The first necessary step is to build a profile in the Express Entry Pool to be eligible under Nova Scotia's Express Entry-linked streams.     Immigration Experts best Immigration Consultant will help you to resolve all of your Canadian/Australian immigration-related queries.
