Express Entry Draw October 2, 2019
The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cut-off score, as per the recent draw on October 2 is 464. This express entry draw has resulted in 3,900 invitation to Apply (ITA) being issued to apply for Canadian permanent residence. This cut-off score is two points above the minimum score of 462 from the previous invitation round of September 18, 2019. Following a tie-breaking rule for this draw released on October 2, not all aspirants with 464 points will be issued an ITA. Since the number of candidates with 464 points is exceptionally high, only those who have submitted the Express Entry profile to the pool prior to September 2019 at 15:05:04 will be given priority.
