Applications for State Nominated 190 Visa Closing Temporarily
Immigration South Australia (SA) has announced temporary closure of State Nominated 190 Visa applications from November 15, 2019 onwards as that has been replaced by the New Skilled Regional visas, launched on November 16, 2019. However, the State Nominated 190 Visa applications will again open from the first week of the month of December, with date and time for same to be confirmed soon.
Therefore, all those candidates who have lodged the application for the State Nominated 190 Visa application would be required to submit the application and pay the fees before the portal would close as the they have to wait until the first week of December.
This is being recommended because the system will automatically delete all the incomplete applications, including those with the status “saved but not yet submitted” and also “submitted but awaiting payment”.
Please note that all the applicants should meet the points requirements of Immigration South Australia in order to meet its eligibility criteria especially while applying for the state nomination program. Also, additional points awarded to the candidates after the changes made in the Points Test starting from November 16, 2019 will not be considered for those applicants who have submitted their application before November 16, 2019.
Applications towards the New Skilled Worker (Provisional) Regional 491 Visa will open, starting from the first week of December 2019.
