This was the second draw released within a gap of only one week and has exclusively invited candidates with a provincial nomination. However, the last two draws were focused on two immigration categories that were the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) and the provincial nomination applicants.

Latest Express Entry Draw opened on April 15 exclusively for PNP candidates
The result of the rounds of invitations of the recent Express Entry system that was opened only for candidates that were invited through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP):
Number of invitations issued: 118
Date and time of the round: April 15, 2020 at 14:31:00 UTC
CRS score of the lowest-ranked candidate: 808
The tie-breaking rule will be applied for this particular Express Entry Draw released specifically for individuals with provincial nomination which implies that must have accepted the nomination on March 18, 2020 at 10:30:55 UTC will only be given preference. All the eligible candidates that will be invited under this draw will be required to submit their PR visa application for Canada immigration along with the essential documents to the IRCC within a specified timeline.
So, if you have not been able to get through the Federal Express Entry program, then applying through the PNP nominations will allow you to increase your CRS score to receive the invitation to apply (ITA) for Canada immigration. Those successful applicants with a nomination letter from any of the provinces of Canada are awarded with an additional 600 points towards their total CRS score, thereby guaranteeing them an ITA from the Federal Express Entry System in the subsequent draw.
