Express Entry draw issues 3,600 invitations on Sep 18

  Sep 19, 2019–A Latest Express Entry draw was performed by Canadian immigration officials, issuing Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to 3,600 applicants. The draw for September 18 saw a six-point fall in the minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) to 462 over the previous draw on Sep 04.   Since precisely two weeks passed between the last draw and this one, there was less time between drawings than in the past round, probably due to the slight reduction in the cut-off.
  • Number of invitations issued: 3,600
  • Rank required to be invited to apply: 3,600th or above
  • Date and time of round: September 18, 2019 at 17:52:51 UTC
  • CRS score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 462
  • Tie-breaking rule: August 29, 2019 at 07:57:13 UTC
  For the September 18 draw, the tie-breaking rule was implemented, meaning that not all 462-point applicants will receive an ITA. Since various applicants have 462 points, prioritization will be given to those who presented their Express Entry profile to the pool at 07:57:13 UTC before August 29, 2019.   The Express Entry system manages the pool of candidates for Canada’s three Federal High Skilled economic immigration categories — the  Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class, and Canadian Experience Class.   A number of the highest-ranking applicants are invited to apply for permanent residence in Canada (ITA) through periodic draws from the Express Entry pool. Today’s draw is the 18th of 2019, bringing this year’s complete amount of ITAs to 63,400.   Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) had issued 58,600 ITAs by this same point in 2018 and finished that year with the current ITA record of 89,800.   Why did the CRS cut-off threshold going down?   Some Express Entry applicants may wonder why between the last round and this round the CRS score cut-off goes down by one point. The quantity of time passing between drawings is one significant factor affecting the cut-off. As exactly two weeks have passed between the last draw and this one, there was less time between draws than in the previous round, likely accounting for the slight decrease in the cut-off.   There is a range of factors that may influence the CRS cut-off score, including:
  1. The number of candidates invited;
  2. The frequency of draws;
  3. The number of new candidates entering the pool;
  4. Changes in the CRS scores of existing candidates, whose scores may increase or decrease depending on their circumstances.
  When will the next Express Entry draw   Future Express Entry draws do not have a government timetable, so it is not feasible to understand for certain precisely when the next Express Entry draw will take place. Historically, however, IRCC has tended to perform Express Entry drawings about every two weeks, and on Wednesdays, these drawings often occur.      Immigration Experts best Immigration Consultant will help you to resolve all of your Canadian/Australian immigration-related queries.
