This is an all-program draw, which means that applicants across all categories of Canada immigration that are, Federal Skilled Trades (FST), Canadian Experience Class (CEC) and Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) programs, and also candidates selected through different Provincial Nominee Programs will be taken into consideration for the invitation. In the Express Entry Draw, released on September 30 a total of 4,200 eligible candidates are being issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA) towards immigration to Canada. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score cut-off for this recent draw was 471 points. The tie-breaking rule applied for this draw as well on all those Express Entry profiles that were submitted at 471 points after March 02, 2020 at 12:47:08 UTC.

The regular release of all-program draws is clearly depicting the pattern that used to exist in the pre-COVID times. It can further be assumed that Express Entry System for Canada immigration is moving back to the trend followed during the pre-pandemic approach, but only the coming time will tell for sure.
