Indians score the highest rank between 2000 and 2016 count followed by immigrants of China, England, Philippines, South Africa and Vietnam. The majority of migrants from India come under skilled Migration Visa and are very fluent in English.
A recent survey suggests that a major group of migrants have entered Property Market. Migrants shifting to Australia for Good have a large number of Indians and the main point is that majority of Indians are now able to buy homes. Some of them have already brought it. The focus of migration has also been shifted: from Humanitarian and Family to Skilled Migration. A survey says that there are total of 2,47,202 Chinese Migrants have been recorded. Now, this is slightly less than those of migrants of India 291,916. The Immigrants who have gone Australia for good are 221,187 Philippines scores the next position with number of immigrants are 116,992. Follow by South Africa with count of 1,16,992 and Vietnam with count of 54,523 The records say that out of Indian Immigrants, 95 % Indians speak English very fluently. Those who don’t speak English or speak very less are 10,000 whereas 32 % Chinese Migrants shifting to Australia for good do not speak English or speak very less.
