If you have previously received an invitation, Migration Queensland will continue to handle your application.
You will still get an invitation if you filed your EOI and 491-Small Business Owners Assessment Form on Migration Queensland's website by Friday, May 6, 2022; but, because to the high demand for this pathway, processing time may take up to 8 to 12 weeks.
If you have not filed an EOI and 491-Small Business Owners Assessment Form for the 491-SBO by Friday, May 6, 2022, you will need to do so when the 2022-23 Skilled Program begins next financial year.
