North Bay, a town in northeastern Ontario is expected to begin the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot within the next few weeks.   The Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) will be a community-driven initiative designed to allow small communities to benefit from the economic immigration gains by offering a route for potential candidates to permanent residence.   The program is intended for skilled foreign workers who wish to work and live in one of the participating communities.
