Most recent Express Entry draw that took place on 15th Nov 2017 sent out ITA (Invitation to Apply) to a large number of prospective candidates amounting to 2750. Aspirants for Canadian Permanent Residency who applied through Express Entry Program setup by IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) and received a minimum of 439 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score have been issued with ITA. The minimum base score to receive ITA this draw was, although, 439, not all candidates having the same were sent the invite. IRCC declared that as there was a tie breaking situation, prospective candidates fulfilling certain conditions were provided with the ITA. The condition was the time and date of applying for the PR and entering the Express Entry Pool. The candidates who have entered into Express Entry pool before 29th October 2017 with time being 12:02:28 UTC were accorded with the invite to join and take a step forward to receive Canada’s Permanent Residency. CRS score of 439 rounded up as on 15th Nov 2017 was around 19 CRS points lesser than that of last week which came to an end of 458 CRS score. There has been seen a change in the trend of bringing out Express Entry Draw. This latest draw was fourth in just three weeks which has only happened once since the Express Entry draw started in January 2015. This change is in tandem with news announced by the Canadian Government for next three years regarding the targets set for immigration on 1st November. The result is there will be more draws brought out at higher frequency which would ultimately bring the CRS score down rapidly and increase the number of ITAs sent as well.
