While the minimum scores required for several BC PNP draws ranged from 75 to 105, the recent draw ndicated the minimum score between 80 and 110 points.   The points are awarded according to several eligibility factors, including educational level, age, work experience, job offer, etc. They are invited to apply for Public Relations Canada at the next Express Entry draw. However, appeals from immigration candidates appointed by the Province of British Columbia are processed outside the express entry system.
