According to the existing policy the spouse of H1B visa holder were not allowed to work in USA.The amended policy initiative in visa rule in H1B is certainly a great news , and a sigh of relief for the many wives who have spent years waiting for their husband’s green card, and for the simple right to earn a living.Spouses of H1B visas will be allowed to work in USA , starting 26 May, 2015.
It will add a professional workforce to the US Economy as well.The decision will contribute substantially to the US Economy and thousands of h1B visa holders's spouse will get blanket approval to work in United States now , mainly for Science and Technology category. This is really a great news to celebrate !
