Following this draw, Manitoba issued Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) to 436 skilled immigrants, allowing them to apply for permanent residency in the province. Letters of Advice to Apply were sent to 150 immigrants out of the 436, who had Express Entry profiles that were active on the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website.
