The Occupation List of Hong Kong has been developed with an aim to attract high-quality overseas talent in a planned manner via the Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS) to support Hong Kong’s economic development.

The Occupation List comprises of diverse professions and are those which Hong Kong needs most both immediately and also till medium term for the development of its economy.

Although the Occupation List includes those professions that are in high-demand across Hong Kong and those that are eligible for the facilitating immigration of individuals that are applying through Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS), skilled applicants from other business sectors and industries that are not covered by the Occupation List below are also welcome to apply for Hong Kong Immigration from India through the QMAS, along with some other admission streams as long as they fulfill the required eligibility criteria and prerequisites.
