• ➤ Refund Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days from the date of application for a refund. Refunds will be processed and credited within 90 days of the request.
• ➤ Required Documents for Refund:

Non-Refundable Fees

• ➤ Failure in Language Proficiency Tests: Clients who fail to achieve the required score in a language proficiency test (e.g., IELTS, PTE) are not eligible for refunds.

• ➤ Insufficient Funds: Clients whose applications are rejected due to insufficient funds for settlement (by themselves or their family members) are not eligible for refunds.

• ➤ Violation of Immigration or Visa Laws: Clients with prior violations of immigration or visa laws are not eligible for refunds.
• ➤ Delayed Submission of Documents: Refunds are not applicable in cases where the client fails to submit additional documents requested by Immigration Authorities, Consulates, or High Commissions within stipulated timelines.
