Kindly be aware that it may require a maximum of 24 hours for an Invitation to Apply (ITA) to become visible in your IRCC account.
Category-based Express Entry draws
The initiation of Express Entry draws based on specific categories has been officially introduced.
In the current year, candidates participating in the Express Entry system have the possibility of receiving invitations in any of the six available categories:
➤ French language proficiency
➤ Healthcare occupations
➤ STEM occupations
➤ Trade occupations
➤ Transport occupations
➤ Agriculture and Agri-food occupations
In order to qualify for the French-language proficiency category, it is necessary to possess French-language test outcomes demonstrating a minimum score of 7 in each of the four language skills as evaluated by the Niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens.
To qualify for occupation-specific categories, you must possess at least six months of recent work experience in an eligible occupation within the last three years.
