The last draw, conducted by the Provincial Nominee Program on July 18, 2019, invited 173 qualified candidates to apply for a provincial nomination for public relations in Canada.
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPP) allows the province of Manitoba to select economic class immigrants who wish to reside permanently in Canada.
The invitations, called Letters of Appeal (L.A.A.s), were announced through 3 M.P.N.P. Immigration Streams: International Education, Skilled Workers Abroad and Skilled Workers in Manitoba.
The L.A.A.s were classified as below in the 18 July draw:
- International Education: 23
- Skilled Workers Overseas: 40
- Skilled Workers in Manitoba: 110
M.P.N.P. 29 Announced invitations were given to callers with an active profile in the Express Entry system.

Federal Express Entry participants nominated by the Canadian province will receive an additional 600 points from their SIR rankings, effectively guaranteeing an invitation from the Canadian government to use Canadian Proportional Representation.

The draw brings to 5,506 the total number of notice letters appealed to qualified immigration applicants in 2019.
